1) We give a 30 day money back guarantee when buying GIA certified diamonds that the diamond you purchase matches the certificate you receive with that purchase.
2) 100% lifetime upgrade towards a future purchase, bring you ring, bracelet, diamond stud earrings (these are done most often) and you can trade them in for something bigger, better quality etc. and you’ll get your full purchase price on your original sale towards your new one!
Can we come back for cleaning and inspections?
Absolutely! We encourage that you visit us at least once a year as well as revisiting your appraised values every two years to make sure they are current.
Do you do repairs on only items purchased at Shenoa?
No, we will help you out with anything within our reach. We have expert jewelers under our employ and find we can handle almost all issues when it comes to jewelry repair.

What happens if my fiancé doesn’t like the ring?
As I say to all my customers (and especially the guy that buys the ring on his own), “the race isn’t over until she loves the ring, if you give it to her and you get a but, come back and we’ll take care of the but”.
I want to buy an investment diamond (I know this is a statement, humor me).
This is an investment in each other if you want to invest in diamonds be prepared to buy a thousand short of that your investing in each others love.
What happens if she says no?
If you don’t know the answer to the question you are about to ask your girlfriend, you are in the wrong store you should be at the florist.
Should I bring my fiancé in before I purchase the ring?
I suggest you do this to make sure of style only, otherwise be prepared to spend more then you budgeted for the purchase.
